You can read the temperature from the LED screen in the thermometer. There is also a color indication system.

The Thuys Bath Thermometer

Without battery
Due to the built-in hydropower system, you do not have to use a battery with this water meter, energy is generated by the thrust and this is used to activate the thermometer. That is why it switches off immediately when no more water flows past it. This also saves costs on batteries.
