Simple & Secure Ordering
The ordering process on our website is simple and clear:
1. Search for the items you want
add the item(s) to the shopping cart
2. Enter your details and any discount coupon from a previous order
3. Pay with Ideal, Paypal or another secure online payment method
You will immediately receive an order confirmation by email.
4. Your order will be processed and packed for shipment and collected by the carrier, or you can collect the order yourself (only after consultation with the Rijswijk warehouse location).
6. You will receive the items and if necessary you can contact us for questions or comments. 
And your item will be on its way to you the same day. You can track the package using the track & trace code.
I placed an order in the webshop, what now?
- As soon as we have received your payment and address details, orders will be prepared for shipment immediately.
- The carrier is notified that the packages are ready for shipment.
- The customer will be informed immediately by an automatically generated e-mail message.
- The ready packages will be collected by the carrier (DHL, DPD or PostNL) the same day or the next working day and delivered to the customer within 24 hours.
- If this isn't possible, the carrier will ensure the order is delivered to the delivery address as quickly as possible. A paid order will therefore be delivered within 48 hours (if possible). Delivery times vary during weekends, public holidays, and staff vacations.
- Through a notification from our carrier (Packlink), the customer will receive an email with the order number. Customers can track their package from the time of collection on the DPD website. They can also find out when (and in what time slot) the shipment will be delivered.
- All shipments are sent by registered and insured mail. This means that a signature is required upon receipt of the shipment at the delivery address.
What are the shipping costs at SaniSupreme?
- Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €7.95
- Shipments over a total amount of €95.00 are FREE
- The costs for shipping to Belgium are € 9.95
- We charge €15 for sending a package to Germany or France.
What to do if the package is delivered damaged?
- If your package is visibly damaged when the delivery person offers it, please refuse it. It will then be returned to us.
- If an item has been damaged in transit or damaged upon opening your package, please report this to us within 24 hours of receiving the package. To ensure your report is processed correctly, please report the damage by email and include clear photos of the damage. We appreciate receiving photos of both the outer and inner packaging.
- Unfortunately, we cannot process notifications submitted later than 24 hours after receiving your order.
- Complete the returns form below and return it along with any items you received.
